Payment and financial security
The whole amount of the booking is payable in full at the time of booking by the following methods:
Credit card and debit card payments can be paid via PayPal
Cheques, £ sterling.
Bank transfers £ sterling.
Bank details and address details will be provided as required.
Confirmation will be sent to you on receipt of payment.

Cancellation Charges
In usual circumstances
Up to 120 days in advance full refund
Up to 90 days in advance 75% refund
Up to 60 days in advance 50% refund
Up to 30 days in advance 100% charge
We do try to be flexible and if possible we will to reschedule your tour without incurring charges. Any refunds due will be returned with in 30 days of cancellation.

Missed or Delayed Departures
Every effort will be made to ensure the vehicle arrives on time and reaches destinations on time. Liver executive tours cannot be held responsible/liable for any delays that occur beyond our control. We will endeavor to work with any delayed arrivals and departures and try our utmost to provide the service you booked. We will also provide you with a mobile number so you can contact us with any up to date details.

Insurance
Our vehicle is fully insured for passengers and third party claims under British law. We do advise that you have separate insurance for personal belongings.

No Smoking
Liver Executive Tours maintains a strict no smoking policy.

Privacy Policy
We never share your details with any other company. Transactions between you and
