Take one of our tours from Merseyside to
the breathtaking Lake District
Tour 1: Liverpool to Windermere.
We will leave Liverpool/ Merseyside early morning and head for Kendal (Cumbria) where we will stop for a short break to look at local shops and maybe have a coffee. Then on to Bowness where you can take a leisurely cruise to Ambleside or Lakeside on beautiful Lake Windermere. At Lakeside you can also take a steam train to Haverthwaite or just simply take a cruise around the lake islands. Then back to Liverpool/ Merseyside late afternoon.
Tour 2: Liverpool To Ullswater
We will leave Liverpool/ Merseyside early morning and head for Ullswater stopping on the way for thirty minutes to stretch those legs and have a coffee. Then continue on to Ullswater, which is my favorite lake where you can take in the natural beauty and scenery. I would recommend a trip on the 19th Century Steamers where you can sit back, have a coffee and take in the views. You could also go for a stroll along the lakeside! It’s your choice. Then return to Liverpool/ Merseyside late afternoon to early evening.
